I'm going to excise the draft site bits now, per Dave's suggestion
about making this Manila site just for community collaboration and
discussion, and switch it from story to news format. While I'm doing that I'll be
thinking about how to explain what this is and how it differs from the
mailing lists, support.opml.org and opmlcommunity.org. If anybody wants
